Bezier Explorer lets you draw arbitrarily complex Bezier Curves on the iPad or iPhone. Draw any number of curves on the iPad or just explore the bezier curve on the iPhone.

You can even email yourself a snippet of code in Objective-C so that you can use the curves in your programs!
